Celebrate your wins
It’s important to acknowledge our successes on a regular basis.
Giving yourself credit for what you accomplish each day will provide you with the strength and confidence you need to get through whatever you face in the future.
A helpful tool is contemplative journaling. Take a moment to reflect and write down all your wins for the day. You can also write about a time in the past when you overcame a challenge and achieved your goal.
You will have your journal as a resource for any moments of fear or insecurity. When you need courage or a boost of confidence, you can soak up all your past achievements and remember how smart and capable you are!
