Set your intention
Goals are important and will help you focus on the steps you must take to advance whatever you're doing. Intentions, however, feed passion and clarity into the importance of each task, giving you the drive and determination you will need to stay inspired and motivated.
Intentions are about who you want to be, what you wish to contribute to the world, and how you want to touch the lives of others.
You can set yourself up for greater success by writing down your intentions each morning before you begin your day.
Examples:
-What is one word that describes the person I want to be today?
-What situation could stress me out or trip me up, and how would my best self handle it?
-What do I need to do, say, or feel to know today was a success?
-What is the "why" or the reason behind the task I must complete?
Intentions keep you on track and help you show up as the best version of yourself!
